Quality is an economic success of the enterprise, its ability to exist in the modern international market that is becoming harder and harder.
In JSC “Berezovsky cheese-making plant” the system of quality management ISO of a series 9000 that is based on principles of "the process approach» has beeen developed and introduced.
The operating system of the quality management covers all processes of the organization, for instance, processes of sales, purchases, designing, developing, manufacture, quality control, etc. The mechanisms on improvement of the production developed and delivered, processes and quality management systems are constantly developed and introduced at the plant.
The developed and introduced systems of quality management ISO 9001 and quality and safety НАССР system are united and mutually complement each other.
НАССР «Analysis of risks and critical control points» is a system of manufacture of safe production that regularly defines, estimates and operates dangerous factors revealed during the production process.
Quality systems promote to:
•efficient control of the organization; •improvement of quality and competitiveness of the production; •increase of level of consumer satisfaction; •confidence of the organization and the parties interested in the ability to deliver qualitative and safe production; •preliminary prevention of occurrence of possible discrepancies.
We continue to improve and expand systems of the quality management for the purpose of increase of the plant overall performance and growth in the international market.
On 08.07.2004 JSC “Berezovsky cheese-making plant” was given export veterinary number 0015 M by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.
The production laboratory of the plant corresponds to the criteria of accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus and is accredited for technical competence according to the requirements of STB ISO IEC 17025, the certificate of accreditation ВУ 112.02.2.0.2302 is valid till 16.12.2007.
